Affiliate, non-affiliate and student registrations

What does the Health Professional Program registration include? 

  • Thursday evening welcome reception (hors doeuvres and 2 drink tickets) - registration required
  • Entrance to extensive Exhibit Hall and all poster presentations
  • Admittance to all plenary and concurrent sessions targeted to Health Professionals
  • Registration for all industry sponsored symposiums
  • Standard certificate of attendance
  • 1 mid-morning and 1 afternoon daily refreshment break on Thursday, Friday and Saturday 
  • Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
  • Conference program and tote bag

 

What is NOT included?

  • Optional conference Friday dinner/social event ($85 USD per person) - can be purchased through the online registration
  • Official CME accreditation certificate of attendance ($20 USD per person) - can be purchased through the online registration

Patient registrations

What does the Patient Summit registration include? 

  • Entrance to extensive Exhibit Hall and all poster presentations
  • Admittance to all plenary and concurrent sessions targeted to Patients/caregivers/family 
  • 1 afternoon refreshment break on Friday 
  • 1 mid-morning and 1 afternoon refreshment break on Saturday
  • Lunch on Saturday  
  • Conference program and tote bag

 

What is NOT included?

  • Optional conference Friday dinner/social event ($85 USD per person) - can be purchased through the online registration
  • Official CME accreditation certificate of attendance ($20 USD per person) - can be purchased through the online registration
  • Access to the scientific program
 
Patients wishing to attend the scientific program

Please note that the Scientific Program is open to health professionals only. Non-health professionals who request to register for the scientific agenda will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if they qualify under the following criteria. This policy applies to any patient, family member or caregiver.

ELIGIBILITY: at least ONE of the below criteria

1) LSAP alumni

  • Those already accepted in National Lymphedema Network conferences; participating in their LSAP 
  • Patients actively involved in advocacy work or community based support etc.

2) Framework representatives

  • Patients on the board or actively involved in the national country frameworks 

 3) Partner community organizations

  • Patients who are the leads or principals of community based organisations like LE&RN, the Lighthouse, Lymphedema Association of Ontario, and LE Treatment Act etc.  

 

CRITERIA

  • Delegates pay full scientific program registration fees
  • Must participate in one of two offered pre-conference webinars
  • Must sign agreement to participation protocol: (i.e. observing quietly at back of room, refraining from asking questions of speakers about their own personal medical situation)
  • Volunteer for collecting questions from audience etc. during Q & A period.

 

The ILF reserves the right to limit participation to 20 or 25 non-health professional spots.
