Getting to the venue from the Airport
Hyatt Regency Chicago does not offer a shuttle from O'Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway International Airport. However, Go Airport Express is an easy, affordable shuttle option from either airport to the hotel.

Welcome reception
On Thursday 13 June at 5.30pm- 7pm the welcome reception will be held at the venue Hotel Hyatt Regency Downtown Chicago in the foyer and exhibit hall.
The welcome reception is included in the registration fee.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held on Friday 14 June at 6:30-9:30pm. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased through the registration system for $ 85.
The ILF Dinner will take place at the Navy Pier on the boat Mystic Blue Cruise which will sail for two hours at the Michigan Lake. Navy Pier is a 20 min walk from the venue but transportation will be provided to the boat where busses will depart from the hotel at 6pm. Boarding at the boat will be from 6.30pm and the boat will sail at 7pm and be dockside again at 9pm. The boat will still be accessible till 9.30pm.
Tickets can be purchased at 85 USD per person and includes dinner buffet menu with two drinks. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
There will be DJ entertainment on one of the decks and inside and outside games activities. From the dockside at Navy Pier is a magnificent view of Chicago's skyline and the boat will sail past land marks such as the Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium, Aon Center and Sears Tower. ILF Run Around the Globe
Support ILF, run with medi during ILF 2019.
Everyone knows how important exercise is in the treatment of Lymphoedema and Lipoedema and how great it is to move together in a fantastic environment!
In addition to organizing a scientific workshop medi (gold sponsor) will organize for the second time during the ILF conference a sportive walk/run to promote exercise, on Saturday, the 15th of June, 2019.
The start is at 7:30am on Saturday morning. We are going to run along the beautiful “Navy Pier”. There will be two routes to choose from; the choice is between 2 or 5 km routes for all participants. Running, walking, or both! Meeting point: 07:15 at the hotel lobby.
It would be an honor to run together, for a healthier you and a healthier us. Also warm greetings from your medi-team, who is already looking forward to welcoming everyone in Chicago.
The registration fee is € 10,- and all the money will go towards benefiting developing countries attending future ILF conferences. Don’t hesitate and join, it is not about who is the fastest, but who is willing to participate! In return medi will sponsor the running shirts and stockings from CEP.

CME
The ILF has applied to the University of Chicago for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for the 2019 ILF conference.
Many different colleges and disciplines (nurses, physiotherapists, massage therapists etc.) will be able to use this accreditation towards their own continuing education requirements. All delegates will receive the appropriate certificate of attendance with the appropriate credits stated.
